At PromGirl, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your dress, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Dress

  Carefully place the dress in its original packaging with all designer tags intact and include your packing slip before sealing the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
